A.S. is here for You, the student at Biola. I am here for You, the Alpha West resident.
So, tell me what you think. About what? You ask. EVERYTHING. There is no suggestion or question that is insignificant.
If you go to an event and you think it could have been better somehow, I’m the person to talk to. If you have an idea for a service project, I’m the person to talk to. I am here to get answers to your questions. For example, I have received several questions about open hours and Cafe feedback and I will post the responses very soon.
I have a suggestion box outside of my room, 237, that I go through every week. I am on the Cafe committee which means if you have feedback for The Talon, Eagle’s Nest, Common Grounds, and the Cafe direct it to me and those in charge at Bon Appetit meet with myself and a few other senators to get student feedback on how things can be better.
Fill my email box with suggestions and questions. Type in ‘Senator’ in the To: bar in BUBBS and a list of all the A.S. Senators will appear, click on Senator Alpha West and then shoot me an email.
As a last note, there is a lecture tomorrow night (Oct. 8th) in Sutherland Auditorium at 7pm titled, Obama and McCain in a Classical Context, Victor Davis Hanson- an incredibly published scholar from Notre Dame University- will be coming to speak and with his credentials it is guaranteed to be informative and interesting.
