Hello there commuters! We, your commuter senators, have decided to make an FAQ for questions we tend to get asked regarding who we are and what exactly we do for you. We hope you are pleased with the responses given and we hope you leave feedback in the comments if you have any further questions or clarifications needed for our answers. What are "Commuter Senators"? According to the AS Directory: The AS Senators are to serve as representatives of their assigned constituents (Commuter Students in our Case). Senators primarily communicate the needs and opinions of students to the administration through the weekly Senate meeting as well as lobbying to the Administration. Commuters Senator
Hello Commuters! It is a great privilege and pleasure to be serving you as your Senator. It is my goal to improve our sense of community within Commuter Life, while at the same time keeping us connected with the rest of the student body. It is also my sincerest hope that as the commuters bond together as a stronger community we draw nearer to the Lord and exhibit our great love for Him. Justin and I are your voice, so please do not hesitate to tell us about your thoughts and ideas. We will express all of the commuters’ concerns and suggestions to administration. I do have ideas that can facilitate our lives as commuters, because during my year at Biola I have gained insight into the ways a community grows together and becomes more intimate as a whole. I am excited to have this opportunity to assist and serve my fellow commuters. God Bless!

Commuters Senator
Hello fellow commuters. It is my pleasure to serve as your Commuter Senator for the 2008-09 school year. I am so grateful to God for placing me in this position this year, and I am excited to be working with Cynthia to get your feedback on events and pick the ones that you want. Although it is often hard for commuters to receive information, we purpose to find new ways to let you know what's going on around campus, as well as continue events like Good Morning Commuters. We are always here, available, and ready to serve you as humble servants of the Lord. I pray that God truly grows us this year as brothers and sisters in Christ.
