Commuters Getting Informed and Getting Involved...
OK, so I know it’s a little hard for commuters these days to know what’s going on around campus because we don’t have a place to post up everything but here are some useful bits of information so you don’t feel lost.
1) Check out the AS website. It’s really cool and easy to use. There, you will find: -Current Proposals that you can check out and post your opinion -Events that are goin on in AS -and loads of more fun for the whole family!
2) If you would like to hear more of events happening at Biola or any info on commuter-related events, email us on BUBBS at “Senator Commuter,” which will send us a direct email to our account. Tell us you want to be involved and we’ll put you on out C.I.A. (Commuter Informative Association). That way, we can “legally” send you emails about cool stuff happening at Biola.
3) Word of mouth is the best way to get people to come to events and excite them about something. If you want to help us out by spreading the word about events, or even want to be ivolved by helping at some of these events, email us telling so. Then, we will put you on our C.L.T. (Commuter Leadership Team) and send you emails when we need to help with anything.
4) If you need us for anything, please don’t hesitate to email us. I (Justin) am always glad to talk and/or pray with you whenever you need it. We are here to serve you and to help make this year at Biola a great experience for you.
