Subject: Semi Annual Slip N’ Slide
1. Proposal- This is to supply money for our event that will include soap, water balloons and doughnuts. This event is a tradition to Horton and we would like to keep it that way. This is Horton’s first event of the year and it will give our constituents an opportunity to interact with their senators as well as with each other.
2. Amount Request- $175
3. Problems with status Quo: Horton has done this for a number of years and we don’t want to let our constituents down. On our rounds we are not able to visit every constituent in depth as we would like this event will help us reach the constituents we have not talked to.
4. Miscellaneous- The past four times Horton has put this event on and it has had a good turnout positive feedback
