SUBJECT: Biolan Payroll for 2008-2009 School Year
1. Proposal: I am proposing for $3,000 to help cover the cost of the Biolan’s payroll expenses. Last year when the Media Board was created the amount of money allotted to the Biolan was miscalculated and therefore they do not have the money to cover their payroll.
2. Amount Requested: $3,000
3. Problems with Status Quo: The Biolan is allotted 11.5% of AS’s budget for operating expenses. However, since the student fee will not increase until possibly next year, the Biolan needs $3,000 to cover the difference. This money will be used for payroll purposes only.
4. Miscellaneous: The Biolan is in need of these funds so that they can operate properly during this school year.
