SUBJECT:
1. Proposal: I am proposing for a reallocation of funds so that we can order more portfolios for the AS staff.
2. Amount Requested: $852.47 ($17.50 each)
3. Problems with Status Quo: We need to order more portfolios so that everyone on staff can have the same AS portfolio. We can order them in quantities of 25. So by ordering 50 there will be enough left over for the staff next year as well. There is enough money left over in the Retreat budget to cover this expense, which is why I am proposing for a reallocation.
4. Miscellaneous: Everyone should have the same portfolio. VP of Finance
