Here are the proposals the Senate received this week. Leave comments or email me with your opinions!
1) Make the AS Director of Religious and Academic Relations a permanent positions. This is a constitution change, not a proposal for money. View full proposal here.
2) $2200 for MacBook giveaway on Biola Radio program. The “Fortune Cookie Philosophy” club has a show on Biola radio, and they want to have a contest and give away 2 MacBooks. See full proposal here.
3) $3250 for Hawaii Club Luau. The Hawaii Club puts on a Luau for the Biola community. They would sell tickets for $8/person or $14/couple. View full proposal here.
4) $600 for Alpha Improvements. This is from the Alpha Senators. They have investigated ways that they could improve the Alpha lobbies/study room and are asking for this money to make some improvements. See full proposal here.
