SUBJECT:
1. Proposal: I am proposing for one license of Creative Suite 4, which is the design program that includes Photoshop and Illustrator.
2. Amount Requested: $280 The total amount for an upgrade is $390, and with tax $430. I have room after re-allocating in my budget to pay for $150 of the $430.
3. Problems with Status Quo: The program is out of date on my computer, so I can not open certain files on my computer to look at them, and the designers can not work on our own computer.
4. Miscellaneous: This will allow the designers to work on the Advertising computer in the office instead of having to go to different labs around campus. It would also allow the designers to be able to work on and fix the designs with the different chairs who need the designs. It would save a lot of emailing back and forth, and time.
