Freshman/Incoming Students Worship Team Auditions!

Application Process:
• Applications are available starting at the info meeting on Thursday September 10, 2009 at 8pm in the AS Conference Room. After that an application can be obtained from the A.S. Office or in the Chapel Board folder or on the Chapel webpage.
• Each team member must fill out an individual team member application. In addition, the worship team must nominate a leader who will fill out the leader application. Please note that the leader application includes two references and a written response section.
• Application packets including leader and all team member sections must be turned into the A.S. Office by 5:00 PM on Friday November 6, 2009. Please turn in all sections together at the same time.
• Applicants will be contacted to sign up for an audition slot on Friday, November 20. YOUR ENTIRE TEAM MUST BE AVAILABLE FROM 3:00PM TO LATE EVENING ON THIS DAY.

Job Requirements:
Lead worship in Chapel once a week: • Thursday morning in Calvary Chapel (Approximately 8:00 -10:45am) • Please consider this when scheduling classes
Chapel Worship Team Leader responsibilities: • Attend mandatory weekly Monday night meetings • Monthly 1-on-1 meetings
Chapel Worship Team member responsibilities: • Mandatory monthly “All-Chapel” Worship Community gatherings • All must attend a weekend retreat in Spring 2010 • All must attend half-day training. • All must attend and participate in regular spiritual direction meetings, provided by Chapel Programs.
