Weekly Prayer Meetings- Every Monday night at 9:00pm, ISA meets in the Library Conference Room for an hour of prayer, worship, and fellowship! Come join us in worshiping God in different languages and get a taste of the world united under Christ…right here on campus!
Watts Outreach Ministry - A group of students go out twice a week to an after school program in Watts to hang out, tutor, and simply love on kids. No special ability needed: just people ready to love and have some fun!
Cultural Awareness - On this whole day event our very own international students will be bringing the world to our campus! Through music, food, and art, we invite you to celebrate God’s diverse world with us.
Social Events - Everything from movie nights and boba runs to broomballing and crazy year-end parties - keep posted on our website and bubbs folder for upcoming events!

Summer has come and gone, and it's the start of a new year!ISA Funds Transfer
Category: Past Proposals
RESULTS: $500 WILL BE ALLOTED TO SUMMER PROGRAMMING (VOTED ON 5/12/09). *NOTE: THERE IS ALREADY $500 FOR FALL ORIENTATION SET ASIDE IN ISA'S FALL BUDGET. The reason for the request to transfer funds is because Ivan Chung's department spends and has spent money from their budget for the needs of the international students, and essentially, the ISA and International Student Services both serve the same body of students.
Avina Khiatani
ISA (Int'l Students Assoc.) President
"As the President of the International Students Association (ISA), I serve as a liaison between the international undergraduate student body and the AS. Together with the ISA Council, I work with Biola University’s International Student Department to not only serve the needs of the undergraduate International students, but also to represent international students to the AS and to the Biola community, promoting cultural diversity, global awareness, and unity in diversity."
