The Distinguished Speaker Lecture Series for Christianity and Culture is held each semester as part of the Dept of Religious & Academic Relations. The purpose of the lecture series is to engage students in thinking about their faith as it relates to issues in their culture. These lectures encourage students’ academic involvement in topics of the culture and society that are influenced by the Christian worldview. He is also a Fellow and Faculty Affiliate in Baylor’s Institute for Studies of Religion (ISR). In 2008-09 he will serve on the faculty of the University of Notre Dame as the Mary Ann Remick Senior Visiting Fellow in Notre Dame’s Center for Ethics & Culture.
