SUBJECT:
1. Proposal: request for increase of funds for Spring Banquet, specifically the entertainment line item to allow us to bring in the photobooth we requested for last year.
2. Amount Requested: $1399 – see attached quote from vender of the breakdown of costs
3. Problems with Status Quo: this was not budgeted because last we encountered problems with the photobooth and the site of the venue, and were unsure if it would work this year, but now it can.
4. Miscellaneous: Because our school does not promote dancing with AS funded events, it is imperative that we come up with creative ways to entertain students at Spring Banquet. In the past, this has been a very successful form of “entertainment” at Spring Banquet and it is a keepsake that students can take with them after the event. AS Social Board Chair
