SUBJECT: Laser Tag
1. Proposal: The whole school will have a chance to come play laser tag in the gym on May 4. Students will pay $3 each to come play laser tag for the evening.
2. Amount Requested: $1,871.50 $150 advertising $350 Facilities/ Technology $731.5 Supplies $55 Strobe Lights (5) $100 Fog Machines (2) $516.50 Hay Bales (56) and Delivery $60 Butcher Paper $100 campus safety $540 Gun Rental $400 Guns (40) $60 Batteries $80 Shipping (Includes Insurance) Proposed revenue $450 $300 Ticket Sales $150 Hay Bale Return $1,412.50 cost to AS
3. Problems with Status Quo: AS has encouraged innovation this semester. Laser Tag is definitely a larger event, but it will be unforgettable for students. This event, if done right, will survive as a permanent AS event.
4. Miscellaneous: The Strobe lights and fog machines are items that AS can use in the future. Also, we can sell the hay bales back to the vender after the event.

I think this is a great idea, this will definitely survive as a permanent AS event!! And the fact that a small amount of money can be returned and the items reused is a very great thing! Please pass this!! :)

I think this is a great idea. Being a commuter, it’s a little hard to be involved in events that are exclusively for dorms. So I belive this event would be a great way to involve all of Biola. I would definitely promote this to as many commuters as I could.
